Board of Directors

The CRKN Board of Directors is responsible for governing and overseeing the management, operation and development of the organization. The Board is composed of librarians, researchers and administrators from CRKN Member Universities, along with representatives from CRKN-affiliated organizations such as the Canadian Association of Research Libraries (CARL), the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada (AUCC) and others.

The CRKN Board of Directors, along with all other Committees Members and Staff, are subject to CRKN's Conflict of Interest Policy.
